Motos&Motors offers a variety of products and services that may include merchandise such as apparel, hats, accessories, stickers, event-related items, and event tickets. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion if there are issues related to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the purchasing system.

Orders placed through our website are currently shipped within the United States only. At this time, Motos&Motors does not offer international shipping. Orders are typically processed within two to five business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing time may vary depending on demand, inventory availability, or event-related merchandise releases. Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive shipment confirmation if tracking information is available through the shipping carrier.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination within the United States. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Motos&Motors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All merchandise purchases are considered final once shipped. Motos&Motors does not offer general refunds for merchandise purchases. Exchanges or replacements are only available if an item arrives damaged or defective. If a customer receives a damaged item, they must contact Motos&Motors within a reasonable time after delivery to report the issue and provide proof of the damage, such as photographs of the product and packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping when sending the damaged item back to Motos&Motors. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Motos&Motors may provide either a replacement item or a refund at our discretion if the product is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival.

Motos&Motors is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers should ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Motos&Motors is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Event tickets purchased through the Motos&Motors website are generally non-refundable. Because event planning involves significant logistical commitments, tickets are considered final sale once purchased. In the event that an event must be canceled by Motos&Motors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as safety concerns, venue issues, or unforeseen conditions, Motos&Motors may provide ticket holders with alternative options, which may include rescheduling the event, transferring the ticket to a future event, or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Continued use of the website and purchase of products or tickets after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
